recognition of the proof of a party to be permitted to be present in relation to a matter before a competent forum of law and any associated authorities to interact in proceedings. Standing is established by a party proving they are present as one of three types being Interested Party, Authorized Party or Friendly Party: An Interested Party is a Person who has made a formal Claim against the Estate, a Trust or subsidiary Trust and whose claim is the subject of the legal matter before the court An Authorized Party is a Person possessing signed and sealed Warrants or Letters from the General Executor or duly appointed Fiduciary of the Estate, granting them judicial positions to adjudicate and oversee the legal matter before the court A Friendly Party is a Person possessing separate authorities from a foreign State that through direct or indirect treaty with the Estate, Trust or subsidiary places them as equivalent to being an Authorized Party.
