Article 73 - Duke (Ducus)

Canon 5913 (link)

A Duke is the official title first created from 313 CE onwards by Constantine for the head administrator of a Province (Diocese) following the abolition of all former pagan Roman official administrative titles such as Rector (Governor) and Count (Comes).

Canon 5914 (link)

The word duke originally comes from Ancient Greek δούξ (douk) meaning “leader” while the former Latin word “provinciae” was replaced with the Ancient Greek word δούξία (doukia). Contrary to historical misinformation, the title was first used in the administration of the Holly Roman Empire from 313 CE onwards and not the pagan Roman Empire.

Canon 5915 (link)

As the Venetian / Magyar / Khazar elite with their Roman Cult, also known as the Vatican are directly responsible for the destruction of Constantinople in 1096 and the Imperial Christian Church, all claims of right to use the term Duke are therefore false, a supreme sacrilege, an abomination and a complete fraud.

Canon 5916 (link)

As the Venetian Magyar-Khazar elite and their Roman Cult have absolutely no legitimacy or right to claim the title of Duke; Therefore the title of Duke is hereby pronounced null and void, having no legal legitimacy or effect, reprobate, to be suppressed and forbidden to be used.
