Article 72 - Diocese

Canon 5908 (link)

Diocese is a term first introduced in 313 CE by Constantine to replace the Latin term Provincae (Roman Province). A Diocese was administeredby a Duke or δούξ (douk) in Ancient Greek.

Canon 5909 (link)

The word Diocese comes from the Ancient Greek διοίκησις(dioikēsis) meaning “internal administration”. The word does not originate from Ancient Latin.

Canon 5910 (link)

The claim that Emperor Diocletian first introduced the term “diocese” is deliberately false and designed to diminish clarity as the administrative design and structure of the Holly Roman Empire.

Canon 5911 (link)

As the Venetian / Magyar / Khazar elite with their Roman Cult, also known as the Vatican are directly responsible for the destruction of Constantinople in 1096 and the Imperial Christian Church, all claims of right to use the term Diocese are therefore false, a supreme sacrilege, an abomination and a complete fraud.

Canon 5912 (link)

As the Venetian / Magyar / Khazar elite and their Roman Cult have absolutely no legitimacy or right to claim the title of Diocese; The title of Diocese is hereby pronounced null and void, having no legal legitimacy or effect, reprobate, to be suppressed and forbidden to be used.
