Egg Conveyance, also known as “Egg Donation”, is the gift, grant or sale of a female egg to another for the purpose of future use in fertilization of one (1) or more sperm of the same species.

An Egg Donor by the nature of the conveyance, cedes any future claim of ownership of their Eggs to a new owner for some consideration.

An Egg Donor is the biological mother of every infant produced through the use of her eggs. However, in accordance with the nature of Egg Conveyance can never be regarded as the legal mother.

As a Homo Sapien Egg Donor cedes all legal rights and parenting rights upon such a donation, as a general rule all Egg Donors should remain anonymous.
