2.1 Life

Article 29 - Right to Life

Every organism that is conceived to Life is a reflection in some way of the miracle of existence, of nature and an expression of the Universe and the Divine Creator. Therefore, every organism possesses certain conditional Rights to Life under Natural Law.

Canon 4779 (link)

There exists no such valid concept as absolute unconditional Rights to Life under Law as such a concept granted to one (1) organism would be to injure all other Life and if granted to all Life, to cause the Universe to cease to function properly.

Canon 4780 (link)

Conditional Rights to Life under Natural Law means that the laws of survival, adaptation take precedence and the outcome of any conflict of rights shall be within the parameters and conformity of Natural Law.

Canon 4781 (link)

Conditional Rights to Life under Positive Law means a society of higher order life may determine certain norms and ethics concerning the right of Life of the species and less complex life forms to the extent that they do not conflict with higher law or these Canons.

Canon 4782 (link)

No living higher order being may take the Life of another nor physically injure another without lawful excuse.

No state, person, corporation, entity or any other fiction may order the death of a Homo Sapien being
